Farmer Mai is an award-winning heirloom grain farmer and miller who works to connect other farmers, bakers, chefs, and cooks with the freshest, most delicious and nutritious, freshly milled grains. She grows and sells 10 very special varieties and is working to produce some 170 others in a Herculean effort of preservation and regeneration.
